Do I have to pay extra for delivery?

No, delivery Australia wide is included in the cost of your garments. International customers will be quoted accordingly.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties for my international order?

No, you will not have to pay any additional fees. All duties and taxes determined by the customs agency within the country of destination will be paid for by us.

Do I have to pay in-full before my order is delivered?

Yes, 100% payment is required before your garments can be delivered. Your order will not be dispatched from our warehouse until we have received 100% payment. This is clearly stated on all invoices.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will be notified via email the day your order is despatched from our warehouse. This email will provide you with tracking details and an approximate delivery time.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We want all of our customers to receive the highest quality garments possible. Each individual garment is hand checked before being delivered to you.

If you think there is a fault with one of your items please contact us immediately by emailing customercare@reform.com.au or please call 1300 885 927. Please provide as many details as possible including your name and phone number. Our production team will assess your garment and respond asap.

I have received an incorrect item in my order.

If you believe that you have received an incorrect item in your order please let us know within 28 days by contacting customercare@reform.com.au or call us on 1300 885 927.

Please ensure that you have double-checked against your copy of the official order form. If we are informed after the 28 days it is extremely difficult for us to rectify the situation due to the customization of our garments.

I am missing an item from my order.

If you believe that we have missed an item from your order please follow the below steps: 1- Check your dispatch emails. Sometimes we don’t send everything at the same time, so please double check for anything that may have been sent separately. 2- Double check against the official order form supplied to us. 3- If you still believe there is an issue, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@reform.com.au or call 1300 885 927 4- Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.

How does your delivery service work?

We understand the importance of punctual delivery, especially if you have ordered for a specific occasion. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods from our warehouse to our customers.

We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time possible depending on the size of your order. Most orders are traceable so you can follow them as the order makes its way to your location. See your delivery email for tracking details.

Do you deliver to home addresses?

No, we do not deliver to home addresses. We only deliver to your school or business address.

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
