If on the rare occasion a mistake is made on our behalf we more than happy to do whatever is necessary to correct the issue free of charge as quickly as possible.

However, if the job has been completed inline with the customers order and the mistake is deemed to be the fault of the customer any changes will be charged accordingly.

GUIDELINES
There is no guarantee that changes or corrections will be completed in any set time although we will endeavor to get the garment back to you as soon as possible.

Any mistakes must be reported and returned to Reform within 7 days of delivery date.

To avoid confusion once the order has been sent to Reform Clothing Co. it will be deemed as FINAL and NO CHANGES or EXTRAS will be allowed from this point, this is to ensure no mistakes are made the order is completed quickly and accurately.
